Savory Baked Sweet Potato Chips
2 tsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp cayenne red pepper
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Grapeseed Oil Spray
½ tsp paprika
1 sweet potato, medium
- Parchment Paper
- Microwave Oven
Wash sweet potato. Use mandolin to slice sweet potato into ¼ inch slices.
In a bowl mix 2 tsp brown sugar, ½ tsp paprika, ½ tsp chili powder, ¼ tsp garlic powder and ¼ tsp cayenne red pepper.
Line a microwave safe plate with a piece of parchment paper.
Place sweet potato slices on parchment paper.
Lightly spray sweet potato slices with grapeseed oil.
Sprinkle sweet potato slices with savory spice and sugar mixture.
Microwave sweet potato slices for about 3-4minutes, until crispy. Cooking time may vary depending on microwave.
